Vary and slowly reduce the treat rewards and replace the physical treat with verbal reinforcement and petting. Your dog treat training bag will not be necessary so much as a training tool but for giving your pet a treat from time to time.

Of course, if your pet has food allergies or has a medical issue, you will want to be very cognizant of the treats from the get go.
